Smooth Dimming
You can use normal or smooth dimming. Smooth dimming diminishes the slight flicker that may appear with
normal dimming.
1. In the main menu, press [Setup].
2. Select [Fader Delay] and press [Enter].
3. Set to [ON] for smooth dimming and press [Enter]. Set to [OFF] for normal dimming.

Temperature Warning
The device can show a warning on the display if the LED temperature exceeds a certain value. This allows you
to extend the lifetime of the LEDs.
To display a temperature warning, proceed as follows:
1. In the main menu, press [Setup].
2. Select [Temp Switch Set] and press [Enter].
3. Set to [ON] and press [Enter].
4. Select [Temperature Set] and press [Enter].
5. Set the threshold temperature (50-120 °C) at which the warning has to appear on the display and press

[Enter] to confirm.

Test Mode with Custom Static Colour
The test mode allows you to use the device in a fixed mode with a custom colour. You can define the colour,
pan and tilt positions, and zoom. You can also dim the colour using DMX channel 6.
To set up the test mode:
1. Press [Test Mode] and set the following options:

o

[PAN]: set the pan position (0-255).

o

[TILT]: set the tilt position (0-255).

o

[FOCUS]: set the zoom factor (0-255) for a broad (0) or narrow (255) beam of light.

o

[RED]: set the brightness of the red LEDs (0-255).

o

[GREEN]: set the brightness of the green LEDs (0-255).

o

[BLUE]: set the brightness of the blue LEDs (0-255).

o

[WHITE]: set the brightness of the white LEDs (0-255).

2. To dim this colour using DMX control, set channel 1 to 255; channels 2-5 to 0; and then use channel 6 to

set the dimmer.

Note: If you want to define the static colour using DMX channels 2-5, make sure to set channel 6 back to 0.

Viewing System Information
To view system information, press [Sys Info] in the main menu. The display shows the following information:

[On Time]: the time the device has been operational since the last power-on, in hours/minutes/seconds.

[Run Time]: the total time the device has been operational, in hours/minutes.

[Soft Ver]: the software version.

[Running Mode]: the current running mode, for example [DMX Mode], [Auto Mode], [Sound Mode].

[DMX Address]: the current DMX start address (001-512).

Stand-Alone Mode

Automatic Mode
In automatic mode, the device runs one of the built-in programs.
To set the device to automatic mode:
1. Connect nothing to the DMX input [2] of the device.
2. In the main menu, press [Run Mode] and select [Auto].
3. Press [Enter] and select a built-in program (AUTO1-AUTO8). A check mark (√) appears next to the option.

Sound-Activated Mode
In sound-activated mode, the device reacts to sound, running through the built-in programs.
To set the device to sound-activated mode:
1. Connect nothing to the DMX input [2] of the device.
2. In the main menu, press [Run Mode].
3. Select [Sound] and press [Enter] to confirm. A check mark (√) appears next to the option.
