Fasten wall plate to wall using twelve 1/4-20 x 2 1/2" phillips screws (C) and twelve washers (E) as shown below.
See below for proper holes to attach mount to wall plate. Attach wall mount to wall plate (A) using 1/4-20 x
1/2" screws (B) and washers (E) as indicated below.
