VACUUMING CARPETS AND BARE FLOORS

Assembly [Fig. B]

Remove the nether cord hook (14) from the handle (1) by unscrewing the locking screw.

Fit the handle (1) by inserting it into the main unit (2) [fig. B1]. Fix back the locking screw through the nether

cord hook (14) [fig. B2] to the main unit and secure the handle (1) and hook (14) by tightening the locking

screw. Use a Phillips screwdriver [fig. B3]. When you have tightened them, the hook (14) should face

downward.

Connect the combination brush (8) to the main unit (2). Push until it clicks securely into place [fig. B4].

Combination brush for carpet / bare floor (8):

Set the combination brush to the floor type with the brush setting switch (10) [fig. C1]:
− Brush setting switch (10) setting A (brush extended): for bare floors
− Brush setting switch (10) setting B (brush retracted): for rugs and carpet

Use

CAUTION: Do not plug in the vacuum until you understand all controls and features.

Insert the plug into the power socket.

Press the ON/OFF switch (5) once to switch on the appliance and start vacuuming.

After finishing your work, switch off the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF switch (5) and pull the power plug

out of the socket. Wrap the power cord (15) neatly around the upper (16) and nether (14) cord hook [fig. C2]

for storage. If you need to detach the combination brush (8) from the main unit (2), press the release button

(11) and pull out the combination brush (8).

Detach the mini vacuum cleaner (4) from the main unit (2) by pressing the release button (3) [fig. D1].

Select the suitable accessory (9) for the surface to be cleaned and connect it directly to the mini vacuum

cleaner (4) [fig. D2, D3].

Accessories

Your appliance comes with the following accessories:

Dusting brush (9a):

Cleaning of sofas, armchairs, upholstered chairs and curtains;

Crevice nozzle (9b):

Cleaning of corners and crevices, e.g. for radiators, moulding, roller shutters,

awnings.

Use

CAUTION: Do not plug in the vacuum until you understand all controls and features.

Insert the plug into the power socket.

Press the ON/OFF switch (5) once to switch on the appliance and start vacuuming.
