Using the Configuration Software to Read the ST50/ST75 ID Information
The Configuration Software provides access to ST50/ST75 manufacturing information, such as Unit Serial Number, ST50/ST75
Firmware Version, User Name and Shop Order number, called Shop Name.
This information helps to identify the flow meter, and can be used by technical support personnel to retrieve factory records, and
help resolve filed problems and issues.
Getting the ST50/ST75 Instrument Information.
• Tap on the “Unit ID” button of the main screen,
to open the ST50/ST75 Manufacturing
Information screen (ST50/75 Info).
• Tap On the “Get All” button to read the current
setup of the ST50/ST75.
