NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS AND RETURNS

For items not under warranty, you must obtain an RMA by contacting the User Support
Center. VGC representatives will give you instructions and addresses for returning your
equipment.

You must pay all charges to have the equipment shipped to the support center and
returned to you, in addition to the costs of the repair.
