Running a
method

Before running a method, perform the following operations in the
order listed below:

1.

Select method.

Refer to "Select method", page 203

.

2.

If a Question mark "?" is present in the Reagent and/or Electrode
tabs, it means that the method needs to be programmed - a rea-
gent or an electrode is missing. Review programming in Supervi-
sor mode.

Refer to "Programming method", page 158

.

If you have a problem running the analysis, the Titration
Manager will guide you through the necessary operations so
that you are able to run the analysis in no time at all.

3.

Connect/calibrate the electrode(s).

4.

Install/calibrate reagent(s).

Refer to "Install reagent", page 126

.

Refer to "Reagent calibration", page 168

5.

When Sunny icons are visible in the Reagent and Electrode tabs,
press 1 in the Main window to run the method.

6.

If prompted to do so, enter the User’s name (ID) and press 1.

7.

Enter the Sample name (ID) and press 1.

8.

Dip the electrodes into the sample beaker and press 1 to
continue.
