When programming strokes per hour, the maximum rate is 60.
P1 and P2 must BOTH BE SPM or BOTH BE SPH.
The valid input range is from 0.5 to 21 mA. Below 0.5 mA, the
pump will be off. Above 21 mA, the E5 error code will be
displayed intermittently
