These connectors are for USB 2.0 ports. Connect the USB module
cables to these connectors, then install the module to a slot opening
at the back of the system chassis. The USB connectors comply with
USB 2.0 specification that supports up to 480 Mbps connection
speed.

This connector supplies power to the hard disk activity LED. The read
or write activities of any device connected to the primary/secondary
SCSI connectors or the SATA connectors cause this LED to light up.
Never connect a 1 3 9 4 c a b l e 1 3 9 4 c a b l e 1 3 9 4 c a b l e 1 3 9 4 c a b l e 1 3 9 4 c a b l e to the USB connectors. Doing so will
damage the motherboard!
