Turning Power On and Off

Press TUNER/SOURCE to turn on the unit.

The unit can be turned on by pressing any other button except

Rotary encoder.

Press and hold TUNER/SOURCE for at least 2 seconds
to turn off the unit.

The first time power is turned on, the volume will start from level 12.

Initial System Start-Up

Be sure to press the RESET switch when using the unit for the first
time, after changing the boat battery, etc.

Turn off the unit power.

Slide (OPEN) to open the front panel.

Press RESET with a ballpoint pen or similar pointed
object.

Multi-Zone Volume Control

Press VOL.ZONE to switch the volume mode, and the
appropriate indicator lights up.

When the ZONE1 or ZONE2 is selected, its Volume Level is

adjustable, and another Volume Level is fixed.

If ALL is selected, when the Volume Level for ZONE1 and ZONE2 is

different, the Volume Level that reaches to 0/35 cannot be adjustable.

Adjusting Volume

Turn the Rotary encoder until the desired sound is
obtained.

Lowering Volume Quickly

Activating the Audio mute function will quickly lower the volume level.
The unit has 3 mute modes and 6 mute levels.

Press and hold MUTE for at least 2 seconds to select
one of the three MUTE modes.
Press MUTE to activate the selected mode.

Press MUTE again, and the mute function is canceled.

For the Mute Level, refer to “Setting the MUTE Level (MUTE

LEVEL)” (page 24).

About Auto Save

The adjusting/setting content of items in the table below will remain
even when the battery is disconnected.

The setting content of the items with “*” will be saved in 10 seconds

after setting.
