Recipients
Recipients in Package Track represent the final package destination.
Hence, a recipient may be a single person, or a department within your
organization. Recipients are added and edited from the Recipients window.
To reach the Recipients list window, click the Recipients button in the
System Info section of the Setup area of the main window.

Click Configuration > Recipients from the menu bar.
The Recipients list window appears.
It lists all the recipients in the application. From this window, you are able
to add, edit, and delete recipients, as well as import recipients.
