through the same dealer from whom you bought the instrument.

Return Authorization Procedure
A defective PRO-Chek CG, or a defective replacement part or accessory,
should be returned to your wholesaler for warranty evaluation. If you
have any questions, please contact the Customer Service Department at
Spectronics Corporation.
NOTE: Do not return your defective unit directly to the factory without first
contacting Spectronics Corporation for a Return Authorization Number.
