Take Apart Bottom Case Assembly - 84
I/O Door
Before you begin, remove
the following:
• Top case
• I/O logic board
Caution:
To avoid tearing
the I/O wall EMI shields
(copper tape at each end of
the I/O bracket) gently peel
the tape away just until it
clears the bracket. Refer to
“I/O Wall EMI Shield
Replacement” in Additional
Procedures.
1 Tilt the I/O bracket
forward and lift it up.
