CAUTION

The Orifice Fan Will Free-Spin On the Arm Unless The Tilt Retaining Bolts Are Tightened Securely. Do Not Release The Orifice
Fan Or Apply Power To The Fan Until All Bolts Are Installed, Tightened, And Rechecked For Safe Operation.

DANGER

Failure To Follow These Instructions May Result in Injury Or Death!

• Disconnect Electrical Power Source To The Orifice Fan Before Installation Or Adjustment / Positioning.
• Do Not Install Orifice Fan Within Range Of Human Or Animal Contact.


6. Slide the orifice fan / Sleeve brackets over the

mounted arm and immediately place the end retaining
bolt through the arm and tighten the nut.

7. Position the fan in the required tilting position and

tighten the Tilt Adjustment Bolts and Nuts (3/8-16
Hardware) on both Left and Right Sleeve Brackets.
Do not allow the locking nut to contact the sleeve nut
until the bolt has been tightened securely to the arm.

8. Recheck and ensure all hardware is secure.
9. Check and ensure that the electrical cord is secured

and can not contact the fan blade during operation or
horizontal / tilt positioning.

10. Connect power to the Orifice Fan (Electrician ONLY).
