Attach the Transition Top to the
Transition Bottom using twenty-four ¼-20x½
Screw Caps (1004-5010) and Lock Nuts (1001-
3060). See Figure 7.
Assemble 24” FF Fan to the Transition Top by
sliding the top flap of the Fan under the Top Panel’s
flange; it should be pinch down tight underneath it. See
Figure 8.

STEP 7
Attach the three Fan Brackets to
the Front Panel using #14x½ SS Screws.
The Fan Brackets should be inserted so that
the top parts of the brackets hold down the
flaps of the fan. Insert the bottom bracket
first to hold up the fan. Then attach the left
and right brackets to complete assembly of
the PTC. See Figure 9.
