2.0 QUICK START REFERENCE

Use this section for reference - please read all safety instructions and appropriate
manual sections for installation and operation instructions.

• Do NOT add chemicals to feeders until all start-up operations are completed.
• Manually adjust and balance pool/spa to acceptable levels and verify using

DPD test kit prior to start-up. Automation should be used to maintain chemical
levels, not to balance a pool/spa that is out of acceptable chemical ranges.

On/Off:

• Press the Mode button to turn the unit on.

note: ‘FLOW’ light must illuminate.

• Press and hold the Mode button to turn the unit off.

“OFF” will be displayed in the windows

To Operate:

• Press and release the mode button until the “AUTO” light is lit.

Unit will now operate in the factory preset settings:
- Set level: pH = 7.4
- Limits/Alerts: pH; 8.0 hi, 7.0 low
- Feed times: 0.6 second feed with a 5 minute delay

To Change Settings:

• Press and release the Mode button –AUTO light off.

Note: Once the settings are changed, they will remain at

those settings until they are manually changed again.


Set Level: press the Set Level button until the desired set point is reached.
Feed Time: press the Feed Time button until the desired feed time is reached.
The number represent the seconds of feed time (all with 5 minute delays).
Range is 0.6 to 900 sec. (15 min.). Constant feed is ‘con’.
Hi Alert: press and hold the Mode button then press Set Level button (red pH alert

LED will come one), release both buttons. Use Set Level button to increase or

decrease the pH Hi Alert. Press Mode button to continue.

Low Alert: press and hold the Mode button then press Set Level button (red pH alert

LED will come one), release both buttons. Use Feed Time button to increase or

decrease the pH Low Alert. Press Mode button to continue.
