[’ Programmed AE]
The camcorder automatically sets the shutter
speed and aperture but you have the option to
adjust the white balance (A 141) and expo-
sure (A 143), and change the frame rate
(A 226).
• [I Sports]/[L Beach]/[K Snow]: The picture may
not appear smooth during playback.
• [L Beach]/[K Snow]: The subject may become over-
exposed on cloudy days or in shaded places. Check
the image on the screen.
• [ Macro]: The camcorder can focus on a subject as
close as 21 cm (8.3 in.).
