need to address errors, see the DSM/SCM Messages Manual for cause, effect,
and recovery information.

7. If the process generates errors, correct them and run ZPHIRNM in PREVIEW

mode again. If no errors occur, proceed to

Prepare to Run ZPHIRNM

1. Log on to the target system as the super ID (255,255) or any user who has rename

(purge) access to all files being renamed.

2. Make sure any software that is being replaced, or that uses files being replaced, is

not active. (The operator instructions should tell you to stop all applications before

TSV tsv-subvol

Specifies a single TSV to be tested in PREVIEW mode.
tsv-subvol

is an 8-character subvolume name.

TDL directory

Specifies a single directory to be tested in PREVIEW
mode. Only the specified directory is processed.

DETAIL-TO-SCREEN
or DET or DTS

Lists all files that are being renamed to the screen.

FROM [$vol.]SYSnn

Forces ZPHIRNM to rename files back to the file names of
the previous configuration when the ZPHITI Backout
command cannot be used. This parameter is the location
of the current configuration, and the first SYSnn specified
in this command is the location of the previous
configuration. Use FROM only for problem resolution
when you need to back out to the previous configuration.

Note. If you are using multiple logical targets on a system with alternate system disks, and are
performing ZPHIRNM on a SYSnn created after BUILD/APPLY on an alternate logical target
system, the ZPHIRNM will skip the execution of ZMODGP script. Otherwise, ZMODGP may
change the environment of the current target system.
