3 Dashboards

The customized HP dashboard is available as a tab or from the DASHBOARDS menu in the vCenter
Operations Manager custom GUI.

The standard HP OneView Dashboard has two widgets—Custom Relationships as well as Health
Tree and Metrics. Standard dashboards cannot be customized; however, you can clone them and
then customize them using the additional standard widgets. To modify the dashboard, see

“Editing

a dashboard” (page 13)

.

To open the custom GUI, in a browser window, log in to the vCenter Operations Manager custom
GUI as the admin user (for example: https://xx:xx:xx:xx/vcops-custom — where xx:xx:xx:xx
is the IP address of the UI virtual machine).

Dashboard color coding

The widgets on the custom HP dashboards use the standard vCenter Operations Manager color
code to indicate the performance level of the resources. The status is determined by the software’s
analytics and is ranked from 0 to 100. Green indicates best performance, which is a status 100
for health or 0 for workload. Red indicates poorer performance, which is a status 0 for health or
100 for workload.

Enterprise documentation at:
