The taskbar icon lets you change the default print settings. Default print settings apply
to all documents you print with the printer.

1. Right-click the taskbar icon .
When you right-click the taskbar icon, a list of hp printers installed on the
computer appears. If necessary, select the printer for which you want to
change the default settings. Then right-click the taskbar icon again.
2. Select Change Default Print Settings .
The Printer Properties dialog box appears.
3. Select the print properties you wish to use for the default print settings.
