1. Open the Printer Properties dialog box, then select the following setting:
tab setting
Setup
Paper Type: hp banner paper or other banner
paper
Paper Size: Banner [A4 (210 x 297 mm)] or
Banner [Letter (8.5 x 11 in.)]
Paper Tray: Upper
2. Select any other desired print settings, then click OK .
