1. Open the Printer Properties dialog box, then select the following settings:
tab setting
Setup
Paper Type: Automatic or the appropriate
paper type
Paper Size: A4 (210 x 297 mm) or Letter
(8.5 x 11 in)
Orientation: Appropriate orientation
Paper Tray: Upper
Features Two-Sided Printing: Unchecked
2. Select any other desired print settings, then click OK .
