Troubleshooting

your TV is set appropriately.

There is no sound.

The audio/video cables are not properly

connected.
The audio/video cables are damaged.

Replace with new ones.
The audio setting on the Blu-ray disc is not

set appropriately.
Slow motion / step mode is on.

The playback is paused.

If connected via optical or coaxial digital

cable, check if the settings in the Audio

Settings menu is set appropriately.

The music file does not play

The data disc is not recorded in a

recognized format.
The audio file is not a supported format.

The photo file cannot be played.

The data disc is dirty.

The photo files does not have the

extension *.jpg / *.jpeg / *.png / *.gif.
