NOTE:

It is recommended that the air filter be

replaced at least once every 6 months,

or more often as needed. If air filter

appears clogged, dirty, or damaged,

replace it.

Remove cap from new paper bag plate. Slide the new paper

bag’s plate into the bag carriage. Push plate in until it snaps

into place. Then slide bag carriage up until it snaps into place.

Unplug before servicing.

Pull bag door release handle forward. Tilt bag door forward,

then lift from upper structure.

Pull old air filter upward out of opening, then out of upper

structure. Dispose.

Orient new air filter so that the keyed shape of filter is aligned

with shape of opening in upper structure. While lifting spring-

loaded bale, insert filter into opening.

Align tabs on bottom of bag door with slots on upper

structure. Tilt bag door inward. Lock into place by closing

bag door release handle.

Slide paper bag carriage down. Squeeze the paper bag plate clips

in, then slide old paper bag out of bag carriage and dispose.

Note: Insert cap into bag plate opening to keep dirt in.
