Operation

About the Appliance

The warming drawer will keep hot, cooked food at serving temperature. Always start

with hot food. DO NOT use to heat cold food other than proofing yeast dough,

crisping crackers, chips, and dry cereal, or warming plates and cookware.

DO NOT LINE DRAWER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL
CAUTION:ĄPlastic containers or plastic wrap can melt if in contact with the drawer

or a hot utensil. If it melts onto the drawer, it may not be removable.
Note:ĄOnly load the warming drawer up to 55 pounds.

Place heavy dishes at the back of the drawer.

As far as possible, distribute the cookware over the entire surface. It takes longer to

warm through tall stacks of plates than individual pieces of cookware, e.g. 2 serving

dishes.

Use heatĆsafe dishes only. Do not preheat.

Place plates or bowls in cold warming drawer.
1. Press plates pad.
2. Set timer if desired.
3. Check temperature occasionally.

WARNING

DO NOT use the plates setting to warm cups. Cups could

become overheated and cause burns.

To maintain food safety, follow these guidelines:

Use aluminum foil or a heatĆresistant lid to cover food.

To prevent spills in the drawer, do not overfill cookware.

the drawer to crisp crackers, chips or dry cereal and to warm plates).
