For more space, you can
store food with Guard
FRE-UPP instead of the
ice bucket (

remove the ice bucket,
ICE OFF will blink on the
display panel.
For RSG5P & RSG5U &
RSG5M models,
To get more space,
you can remove the
freezer upper drawer
since it does not affect
thermal and mechanical
characteristics.
For RSG5F & RSG5D models,
To get more space, you can remove the freezer
upper and lower drawers since it does not
affect thermal and mechanical characteristics.
But, put the “Shelf Fre Bottom” on the bottom
of the freezer compartment.
A declared storage volume of frozen food
storage compartment is calculated with the
drawer(s) removed.
The door guards in the freezer of this model
are the two star sections except the top guard,
so the temperature in two star sections are
slightly higher than other freezer compartment.
• If you have a long vacation or business trip
and won’t use water or ice dispensers,
close the water valve.
- Otherwise, water leakage may occur.
• When you have not used the Ice maker for a while,
or you have opened the Freezer door frequently,
the Ice may stick together. If this has occurred,
empty the ice container or break up the ice with a
wood kitchen tool.
Do not use sharp items such as knives or forks.
• When the bucket is removed, there may still be some
residual ice in the ice maker that will be produced.
