Sending Messages

5. Press * # to approve your message and proceed
to addressing.
Before approving the message, you have the
following options:

Press 2 3 to listen to your message.

to rerecord your message.

* D
to delete your message.
6. Address the message.
Messages may be sent to one person, several people
individually, or a group of people in a predefined
list. Note that a mixture of addressing methods can
be used on any one message. AUDIX Voice Power
eliminates any duplicate recipients that may occur
during the addressing process.
