Setup
Change Password
Change the 4-digit password used to access
security functions.
If you forgot your password
Remove the disc.
Press and hold the STOP ( ) button on the
front panel for 5 seconds or more.
All settings will revert to the factory settings.
NOTE
When the factory default settings are restored, all
stored user BD data is deleted.

Background
Change the background theme of the menu screen.

Energy Saving
You can maximize operating time in Battery Mode
by selecting Energy Saving mode.
If you set Energy Saving to On , power
consumption will be lower than the default setting.
Off : Energy Saving function is not used.
On : Sets the following energy saving options
automatically:
a. LCD Backlight to “3”
b. Volume to “10” for both earphones and
speakers
NOTE
You can change the LCD Backlight or volume
option after you set the Energy Saving mode to
On.
Power On/Off Sound
Player plays a melody when it is turned on and off.
Off : Turn Power Sound Off.
On : Turn Power Sound On.
Light Effect
You can activate or deactivate the touch button
light effect.
Always On : Activate Light Effect at all times.
Off : Only activate the Light Effect when you
turn the player on and off or you press the touch
button.
NOTE
We recommend that you select Off for longer
operating time in the Battery Mode.
