Press Reset.

At the Reset settings? prompt, press Yes to reset the selection or No to cancel.
Master reset
From this menu you can reset your phone and sound settings to the factory default settings.
1.
In Idle mode, press Menu
➔
Settings
➔
Reset settings
➔
Master reset and press the Select soft key or the
key.
2.
Select one of the following options:
• Clear user data: deletes all the information saved to the phone including Picture messages and contact entries.
• Restore settings: changes your device settings to factory default values.
• Restore and clear: restores your device to factory default settings.
3.
Enter six zeros into the field on the screen and press OK.
The selected category resets.
