Vibrating Alert
Vibrating Alert lets you set your phone to vibrate in sync with
ringtones and melodies your phone plays.

In standby mode, press the MENU key (
), then press
(for Settings),
(for
Sounds Settings), and
for Vibrating Alert.

Use the Up and Down navigation keys to highlight On or
Off.

Press the
key to confirm your selection.
Call Settings
Call Answer
You can select a specific answer mode when you receive an
incoming call.
1.
In standby mode, press the MENU key (
), then press
(for Settings),
(for
Call Settings), and
for
Call Answer. The Call Answer sub-menu with the following
options appears in the display:
• Any Key — Press any key except the
or left soft key (
)
to answer an incoming call.
• Talk Key — Press
to answer an incoming call.
• Flip Open — Open the flip or press
to answer an incoming
call.
Tip: You can set your phone to answer calls automatically, without any input
from you. (For more information, refer to “Auto Answer” on page 126.)

to use for answering calls, then press the

Call Alert

In standby mode, press the MENU key (

(for Settings),
(for
Call Settings), and

Call Alert. The Call Alert sub-menu with the following
options appears in the display:
• Ring Only — Phone rings for an incoming call.
• Caller ID + Ring — Phone rings and the display shows caller ID for
an incoming call.
• Name Repeat — Phone repeats displaying Contact name or caller
ID.
