Enabling or Disabling Missing Link
To enable or disable Missing Link, perform the following procedure:
1. From the Main Menu, select Module status and configuration.
The Module Status Menu in Figure 20 on page 44 is displayed.
Note
The default setting for Missing Link is enabled. This feature can be
disabled only through the management software.
2. In the Module Status Menu, select one of the followings:
❑ Disable missing link to disable the Missing Link feature.
❑ Enable missing link to enable the Missing Link feature.
A change to the status of Missing Link is immediately
implemented on the multiplexer.
