Disarming

The CVA-1000 System Control Monitor/
Receiver, when connected, displays tripped
sensor information should the security
system be tripped during your absence.

Press and release the TX/PANIC button.

If the security system was tripped during your
absence, the siren will chirp three times on
disarm. The following steps explain how to
view the tripped sensor information on the
CVA-1000 screen.

1

Enter the vehicle.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON
position.

2

Turn on the power of the CVA-1000.

Wait for the CVA-1000 title screen to
disappear. Toggle the Disarm/Valet switch to
the ON position and OFF position quickly.
The CVA-1000 will display faulty sensor
bypass information or tripped sensor
information, depending on the security
system's status. In case neither status
preexisted, the CVA-1000 will simply display
it's current mode (see step

5

).
