Reload the battery pack, being sure to insert it correctly.
Plug the cord into the wall socket correctly.
The battery pack is already finished charging.
The battery is not charged even if the Power/charge lamp turns off and
charging is finished.
This happens when you charge the battery pack in an extremely hot or cold location. Charge
the battery pack within the proper charging temperature range of between 10°C to 30°C (50°F
to 86°F).
