You can move up to the next
level.

Sorting image files

You can sort the image files stored on a “Memory
Stick” by name or by recorded date order. To do this,
first set “Digi. Camera Mode” on the Select Folder
menu of the Memory Stick Home screen to “Off.”

Insert a “Memory Stick” into the Memory Stick
slot.
Be sure to insert the “Memory Stick” correctly
(see page 60).

Stick Home screen appears.

The display returns to the Memory Stick Home
screen, and the image files in the currently
selected folder are displayed in the list.

Tip

An electronic storage area where multiple images are
stored together is called a folder. In addition to
digital photos and movies, folders can contain other
folders. When folders are arranged in a hierarchy
with several levels, to move to the next level up,

select

, then repeat steps 6 and 7.

Note

Folders or files with non-DOS-format names (file
names of 9 characters and above) may not be
displayed correctly.
