Error Messages

Follow the instructions below if an error message appears in the display.

AVLS

NO VOLUME

OPERATION

The volume exceeds the

maximum volume of

AVLS.

 Set “AVLS” to “AVLS

Off” (

ALL

BOOKMARKED

You are trying to add a

bookmark that have already

been registered to all of the

bookmark types.

 A track can be registered

once only in each of

Bookmark 1 to 5.

BATTERY IS

MISSING

You are trying to operate

the player via the AC

power adaptor connection

without inserting the

battery.

You removed the battery

from the player while it

was connected to a

computer.

 Insert the battery when

you connect the AC

power adaptor to an AC

outlet.

BOOKMARK FULL The number of bookmarks

exceeds the limit.

 Remove unnecessary

bookmarks (

CANCEL

Setup or operation is
