The F2HT was a result of our customers that loved the sound of the F1HT but needed a more com-
pact system. Thus the F2HT shares much of the driver technology of it’s larger brother, but is some-
what smaller. The smaller surround speakers are covered with a off white grill cloth that fits easily
into most decors.
The center speaker, which some consider the most critical, will take lots of power and easily repro-
duce even the hardest to understand dialogues. The speaker is comprised of a large ribbon tweeter
and the two D6 (6 inch) midrange-woofers.
Ribbon tweeters are perfect for home theater. They are able to play loud without sounding harsh or
strained and project treble sound evenly across the listening area.
The D6 woofers are a perfect match to the tweeter. What is noteworthy about this woofer is the size
of its voice. It is huge! It is about 3 times larger than a conventional 6 inch woofer. This allows much
more control of the speaker cone which explains why it sounds so good and voices are so clear.
The front speakers use the larger D8 woofer. Using the same oversized voice coil technology, the
cone travels 50% farther than conventional cones. This relatively small driver produces a ton of
bass that is articulate and loud.
The speaker is available in a gorgeous piano black finish or rosewood. The cabinet work and finish
are truly amazing.
