4. Enter settings for the following, as required.
• Common Name : Enter FQDN (URL entered as an address in
the browser for an SSL connection) for the
server submitting the application. Completely
enter the domain name, the subdomain name
and the host name without any omissions.
• Organization : Type in the name of the organization
submitting the application. Enter the full legal
name.
• Organization Unit :
Type in the name of the department
submitting the application.
• City : Type in the name of the city for the
organization submitting the application.
• State/Province : Type in the name of the state/province for the
organization submitting the application.
