9.1 Diary
Your phone has a sophisticated diary that will help you to manage your daily schedule. You can also save
“to do” lists.
Consulting your diary
Three views are possible. You must first choose the appropriate icon:
Daily view
Weekly view
Monthly view
“To do” list.
Parameters
You can scroll through the dates by pressing the key.
According to the view you can read, create, modify or send an item.
Information in the directory and the diary may be shared with a computer using the Alcatel PC
software package (see page 84).

PIN code (1) The SIM card protection code is requested each time the phone is switched on if this
code is activated.
Activate/ Activate/deactivate this code.

Change Update code (between 4 and 8 digits).
PIN 2 code (1) Protection code for certain SIM card features (Billing/Cost/FDN, etc.) requested during
their use when this code is activated.
Change Update code (between 4 and 8 digits).
Network Password requested for network “Call Barring” options.

Menu code A protection code for certain MENU options (services, settings, language) will be
requested if accessed while the code is activated.
Activate/ Activate (or cancel) this code.

Change Update code (between 4 and 8 digits).
Telephone Telephone protection code, requested each time the phone is switched on, when this
code code is activated.
Activate/ Activate (or cancel) this code.
