You did not remove the
stubborn stains before
you wash the laundry. Use special products to remove
the stubborn stains.
Incorrect temperature
was set. Make sure that you set the cor-
rect temperature.
Too much laundry load. Decrease the laundry load.
The appliance
does not dry or
does not dry cor-
rectly. The water tap is not
turned on. Turn the tap on.
The drain filter is clog-
ged. Clean the drain filter.
There is too much laun-
dry in the drum. Reduce the laundry load.
You have set a wrong
dryness level or drying
time. Set additional drying time.
The laundry is full
of different col-
ours fluff. The fabrics washed in
the cycle before re-
leased fluff of different
colours. • The drying phase helps to re-
move some fluff.
• Clean the laundry with a fluff
remover.
If there is a big quantity
of fluff in the drum re-
peat this procedure
again and again: • Clean the empty drum, the
gasket and the door with a
wet cloth.
• Set a rinse cycle
• Put a wool or piled fabric
cloth in the drum.
• Set a drying cycle of 10 mi-
nutes
• Remove the old wool cloth.
After the check, activate the appliance.
The programme continues from the
point of interruption.
If the problem occurs again, contact the
service centre. If the display shows other alarm codes,
contact the service centre.

15.1 Fixing plate kit

Available from your authorized dealer.
If you install the appliance on a plinth,
secure the appliance in the fixing plates.
Follow the instructions supplied with the
kit.
