Using Built-in DVD Player (AVIC-900DVD only)

How to Listen to a CD with
Built-in DVD Player (AVIC-
900DVD only)

In case of AVIC-800DVD, you cannot play
CDs with the Navigation System.
This product allows you to select the track or
repeat range, and turn random or scan playback
On/Off.

Before listening to a CD

In order to avoid damaging a disc or the main
unit, before inserting a disc, make sure that no
disc is already set in the Disc loading slot.

Pressing the VOICE button of the Steering
Remote Control in NAVI SOURCE allows you
to operate the built-in DVD player by voice
command. (This function cannot be used
when this unit is used with AVD-W6210.)

How to use the DVD Remote
Control

(1) Transmitter
This transmits the remote contol signals.

(2) Joystick/OK button
Used when selecting an item, or when switching
or selecting On/Off.

(3) Operation mode switch
When you play a DVD-Video or CD, set this switch
to DVD.
When set to TV, can be used to operate the TV
tuner or display.

(4) PLAY/PAUSE button
Used to play and pause discs.
