Attaching the Backrest
Fold the plastic tab on the backrest
upward, align the backrest
attachment axle with the axle guide
on the base and slide the backrest
attachment axle into position. (Fig. A)
Push the plastic tab under the seat
cushion so that it rests on the plastic
surface of the base. (Fig. B)
Swivel the backrest up until you
hear a “click.” Backrest is not fully
engaged until a click is heard. (Fig. C)
Tip: Always use caution and keep
fingers away from moving parts to
avoid potential injury.
To attach the backrest to the base, place the base on a flat surface and
align the back rest evenly with the base.
