Using sound retriever

Press SOUND to select Sound Retriever.

The newly set value displays for 5 seconds, and then the
setting is completed.

– The selected sound effect is activated.

–The selected sound effect is deactivated.

About Sound Retriever

This function enhances sound data lost during compression
of MP3 and other file types, allowing the user to enjoy sound
quality closer to that of the original signal data.

Using virtual surround

Press SOUND to select Virtual Surround.

– The selected sound effect is activated.

Adjusting the bass and treble

Use the bass and treble controls to adjust the overall tone.

Press SOUND to select Bass or Treble.

Use

/ to adjust the bass or treble.

You can adjust low and high sounds on a scale of –5 to +5
(eleven steps).

– Bass +5

– Bass -5

– Treble +5

– Treble -5

The newly set value displays for 5 seconds, and then the
setting is completed.

Restoring all the settings to the defaults

• Use the steps below to restore the above settings to their

defaults.

on.
