Operation

b. Dsconnect any hoses connected to the

+∆P and –∆P ports, and then press ENT

to zero the pressure sensor.

c. Reconnect any hoses. When measurng

draft, simply leave the –∆P port open to

the atmosphere and connect the probe’s

draft hose to the +∆P port (see Fgure 3-2

on Page 3-3).

5. Do one of the followng to measure draft or

dfferental pressure:

• To measure draft, smply nsert the probe

nto the stack and observe the draft read-

ng on the PRESSURE screen.

• To measure dfferental pressure, connect

two samplng hoses to the +∆P and –∆P

ports, and place the open end of each hose

nto the areas beng measured. The df-

ferental pressure between the two areas s

now dsplayed on the PRESSURE screen.

If the pressure at the +∆P port s hgher than the –∆P port, then the

pressure readng wll be positive. If t s lower, then the readng wll be

negative.

4.7 Saving Test Data

Up to 500 ndvdual sets (“snap shots”) of combuston-test or pressure

data can be saved n memory, whch can later be recalled for vewng from

the Memory Drectory (Secton 4.13.1).

1. Frst dsplay the screen that contans the

data to be saved. In the example to the rght,

all data assocated wth the Combuston Test

RUN screen wll be saved.

2. Press the SAVE (F3) button to save the test

data n the next avalable memory locaton.

NOTE: When memory is full, the next reading

saved will overwrite the oldest reading.
