The following table lists icons of the programs that are already installed on your
phone.
Icon Program Description
ActiveSync Synchronise with your Exchange Server email, (see BT Office
Anywhere Installation Guide). Transfer files between your
mobile and PC. Please read ActiveSync in Other features
section before using. Accessed using Start key at Home screen
or via ActiveSync icon on your PC.
Calculator Access via Expert icon.
Calendar Keeps track of your appointments, and creates meeting
requests.
Call History Keeps track of all phone calls made, received, and missed.
Camera Captures photos in various modes.
Office Mobile Access to Windows Mobile Office software:
Word Mobile View and edit Word documents on your phone.
Powerpoint
Mobile View Powerpoint documents on your phone.
Excel Mobile View and edit Excel documents on your phone.
PDF Viewer
(S620) View Adobe Acrobat PDF files on your phone.
Acrobat Reader
LE (S710) View Adobe Acrobat PDF files on your phone.
Comm Manager Lets you easily enable or disable your phone, start or stop
synchronization with your computer, mute your phone,
enable or disable Bluetooth, turn on/off Wi-Fi, stop data
services and enable or disable Direct Push.
Contacts Lists mobile and email contacts.
