Note:

These problems can be considered normal if the coff ee blend has been
changed or if the machine has just been installed. In this case wait until
the machine performs a self-adjusting operation as described in chapter
“Saeco Adapting System”.

Solutions

The machine grinds the
coff ee beans but no coff ee
comes out.

There is no water.

Fill the water tank and prime the
circuit (chapter "Using the Machine
for the First Time").

The brew group is dirty.

Clean the Brew Group ("brew group"
chapter).

This might occur when the ma-
chine is automatically adjusting
the dose.

Brew a few coff ees as described in
chapter "Saeco Adapting System".

The dispensing spout is dirty.

Clean the dispensing spout.

Coff ee is too weak.

The coff ee is too coarse.

Change coff ee blend or adjust the
grind as explained in chapter "Ad-

Circuits are clogged

Perform a descaling cycle.

pensing spout.

The dispensing spout is clogged.

Clean the dispensing spout and its
holes.
