Adjustments Made at the Jib Valve
JIB LEVEL UP
1. Install a high pressure gauge at the MLB port.
2. Using the analyzer, select Jib Level.
3. Using the Jib Up switch, fully extend the jib level cyl-
inder or cap port LA.
4. Set the Level Up pressure to 2600 psi (179 Bar).
Turning the adjustment clockwise increases pres-
sure, turning the adjustment counterclockwise
decreases pressure.
JIB LEVEL DOWN
1. Install a high pressure gauge at the MLA port.
2. Using the analyzer, select Jib Level.
3. Using the Jib Down switch, fully retract the jib level
cylinder or cap port LB.
4. Set the Level Down pressure to 1500 psi (103.4 Bar).
Turning the adjustment clockwise increases pres-
sure, turning the adjustment counterclockwise
decreases pressure.
