Chapter 8 – Exporting contacts

Select Microsoft Dynamics CRM from the list of available
export applications.

Click Export to export your contacts to Microsoft Dynamics
CRM.
Note: to establish a successful connection, the client computer running
the Cardiris application must reside in the same domain as the CRM
server.
Note that the Configure button is disabled. Only CRM
administrators have the necessary rights to change the CRM
configuration.

Cardiris will open the Find duplicates window.
Note: should you want to skip this step, click the Skip button.
Duplicate contacts can be contacts that have matching:
 company names, first names and last names
