It is up to the user to determine the search parameters in the drop-
down list.

Select the search parameters of your choice and click Find
Duplicates.
Cardiris starts looking for duplicates and displays the unresolved
duplicates, if there are any.
Cardiris will display duplicates that exist within the Cardiris
database and duplicates between Cardiris and CRM.
Note that only Active contacts in CRM are taken into account when
finding duplicates.
