Troubleshooting

Solution

Unit does not start

Power cable not
connected

Check that power cable
is firmly plugged into both
wall outlet and device

Power supply

Check that there is power
to the wall outlet

Lid not closed properly

Press firmly to close lid

Power switch

Check that power switch is
at the ON position

Excessive noise
or vibration

Rotor is not loaded
symmetrically

Stop the unit and load
the tubes symmetrically.
Ensure that the tubes on
the opposite sides are
equally filled.

Rotor is slanted

Remove the rotor and
reinsert straight and firmly
downwards

Loose locking screw

Check to see if locking
screw has been inserted
properly and that it has not
been over-tightened

Unit base is not level

Check that unit on a flat
surface

Warranty

• The full warranty for this device is 12 months from the date of sale.

• During this period of time the device will be repaired or exchanged without charge.

• Warranty is null and void on devices with damaged manufacturer’s number; damaged seal;

damage due to improper use; storage, or transport of device; damage due to service by

unauthorized persons.
