UV Sterilizer Kit
For EvolutionRO 1000™ and Merlin-Garden Pro™
The ultra violet sterilizer will kill all living bacteria and microbes and ensure safe water
for your family and plants.
The UV lamp is rated for 12 months of continuous use. After that period a replacement of
the lamp is necessary.
You can mount the 2 black clips onto the support leg of the Merlin –GP (shown below).
Then snap the UV filter into the clips.
Attach the blue RO line from your Merlin-GP
into one end of the UV filter. You will need to
cut it to the length needed to make the bend
into the UV filter. The other piece of blue
tubing can be attached to the other end of the
UV filter and will be your final product line.
Attach the ballast to the UV filter and plug into
a standard 110V wall plug
The UV filter does not have a particular
direction the water must flow through so you
can orient it in either direction. Extra tubing is
available from your dealer or contact
Hydro-Logic.
There is no way to mount the clips on the
support leg of the Evolution-RO1000. The UV
will have to be mounted in a separate location.
