The sensors will now be polled automatically at the specified intervals.

Note: The desktop application has no knowledge of the part details such as SKU, unit weight etc. All
this information is stored on the web.

3. View Inventory on the Web

Click on the StockVUE URL on the desktop to open the home page for StockVUE in your default
browser. (You can also navigate to http://www.loadstarsensors.com/stockvue)

Log in using your user id and password.

Click on

Load Cells

navigation link. The load cells provided to you will be listed. We have

assigned a placeholder for each part.

Click on

Parts

navigation link. These placeholders parts are listed here.

Edit

each of the

parts and enter real part information such as SKU, Description etc that correspond to your
hardware setup.

You should also enter the weight of each part here, as accurately as

possible.

The StockVUE inventory system uses this unit weight to compute the number of

parts in the bin. You are also required to enter the Max

/Min/Critical reorder points. (The cost price per unit and the sale price per unit are not
currently used by your version of StockVUE; you may just enter 1 to get rid of the ‘required
field’ warning.)

Then click on the

Inventory by Parts

page. As data from the load cells arrive, the inventory

status will be updated. Refresh the browser to see the latest data. The

Inventory by Scales

Page shows the inventory in each bin/scale.
